DAY 01: Arrival

Arrival at the airport. Our airport representative will transfer you to your hotel.

It is the best time to appreciate the stunning natural resources only Boracay can offer: the crystal blue and clear waters, beautiful white-sand and picture-perfect sunrise and sunset views. Day 02: Boracay Island Hopping (Breakfast/Lunch)

• No delays! You will miss the transfer going to Kalibo Airport if you are late. Make sure you are already in the lobby 15-30 minutes before pick up time.
• Baggage limitation is 2 pieces hand-carry baggage per passenger.
• Travel time from Kalibo International Airport to Caticlan Jetty Port is approximately 1.5 hours.
• The boat ride from Caticlan Jetty Port to Boracay Boat Station is approximately 15 minutes.
• Multicab ride from Boracay Boat Station to Resort is approximately 15 minutes.

PROMO RESTRICTIONS

• A minimum requirement of 4 persons to qualify to avail of this promo rate. A slight rate difference shall apply if you avail of this package with more or less than 4 persons.
  
• Rates displayed are subject to change depending on airline and hotel availability.
• The company has the right to decline/refuse booking and payment will be refunded in the event that the chosen booking is no longer available. The company’s refund process shall be observed.
• In case the preferred hotel is not available, clients shall be transferred to an equivalent hotel class or shall be moved to other dates available.
• Two (2) years old and above are considered adults and shall, therefore, pay the same rate as adults pay, whilst children below 2 years old shall pay the airline taxes and surcharges.
• The client is the responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, visas and permits, and for complying with the laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of countries of origin, destination or transit.

• Kalibo airport to Caticlan Jetty Port (2 hrs drive by land) / Caticlan airport to Caticlan Jetty Port (5-10 mins drive by land)
• Jetty Port to Boracay Island (15-20 mins drive by boat)
• Boracay Island to Hotel (5-10 drive-by land, depends on your hotel)
• For passengers departing Kalibo Airport, present at the hotel lobby at least 5hrs before the flight
• For passengers departing Caticlan Airport, present at the hotel lobby at least 3hrs before the flight
• First pick up time is 0400am and last pick up is 400pm at the hotel lobby for the return flight
• Limit to baggage liability: The hotel & transfer representative shall not be held liable for claims of loss or damage on luggage of the guest which may be lost or damaged in transit

• Present your Valid ID for Domestic Flights and for children w/out any Valid ID you can use their Birth Certificate as document upon check-in.
• Present at least 6 months valid Passport upon check-in.
• There will not be any refund if passengers failed to show up at our airport representative

• For Domestic Flights, check-in time should be at least 2 hours before the flight.
• For International Flights, check-in time should be at least 3 hours before the flight.
• Maximum of FREE 7kg hand carry only per person per way.
• If they are going to bring liquid in hand carry, a maximum of 100mL per container and it should be in a zipped plastic bag.
• Passengers are not allowed to bring either hand carry or check-in baggage like Guns, Firearms, and weapons. Also Explosive, flammable, chemical and toxic substances.

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure the safekeeping of their personal belongings & valuables.
• The company will not be responsible for passengers who are late and have missed their transport, as this may disrupt and delay the transfer schedule that may involve other joining passengers.
• Any unused tour services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non re-bookable
• Passengers must be in the lobby at least 30 mins before scheduled pick up of the guide for tours/transfers.
• For the seat in coach transfers, you are sharing the bus with the other passengers you have to wait for the other passengers to arrive.

• Passengers name entered must be same as per passenger's passports (for international) or other valid ID (for domestic). Incorrect names may cause penalties or invalidation of travel vouchers.
• It is the passenger's responsibility to check carefully for any errors made in the booking details, flight dates, the name of passengers, etc.
• Within 24 hours after receiving your vouchers/e-ticket, you can notify our agency regarding the accuracy of the information including names, birth dates, flight details, travel dates, hotels, tours, and others or else any claim of inaccuracy or modification will not be honored.
• Issuing office will not be liable for any problem caused by tour operator outside/inside the Philippines
• In the event that a problem arises, please coordinate with your travel agent or the person whose name and contact no. listed below on this service voucher
