After payment made I receive an email with transaction status “Pending” What does it mean?
Pending means that we are checking your credit card transaction with our payment partner that they have received your payment.
How long does it take for Peso Pay to validate my payment transaction?
Your Credit Card payments will be validated once the details indicated by your credit card information are correct and the balance is sufficient.
How will I know that I have made a successful Credit Card payment?
Once we have validated your payment, we will change the transaction status of your payment to “SUCCESS”.
Do I need to keep the email after I made a Credit Card Transaction?
Yes, keep the email for reference and as proof of your payment.
How long will it take for me to receive my order after paying via Credit Card?
Once your payment has been validated by PesoPay, we will send a confirmation to the merchant of your successful payment. Shadow Travel and Tours will process your order. The delivery of your orders will be delivered within 24 hours or less
What if I deleted my email that contains the transaction ID number?
Contact Shadow Travel and Tours either through email or their telephone number. Explain to them that you have lost your payment reference number. Provide them with the following information:
Date of booking
These informations will help the merchant to identify your payment.
Can I pay on evenings and weekends?
Yes, you can still pay on evenings and weekends. The credit card payment will be validated on the next day (office hours: 09:00am-6:00pm Monday-Saturday).
Can I make a refund after I have made a credit card?
No, the policy for every confirmed booking is non refundable and non rebookable.
How can I cancel my transaction/order after I have paid via Credit Card?
An order that was already paid and confirmed by AsiaPay or Shadow Travel and Tours cannot be cancelled.
