How do I pay?

Go to the nearest branch of your bank payment partner. Once there, follow the following steps:

For BDO:

    •Go to the nearest BDO Bank branch.
    •Get BDO Deposit Slip
    •Under Account Name, write down "Shadow Travel and Tours
    •Under Account Number, write down the “001310598108” stated in your Payment details.
    •Under Amount, write down the exact amount stated in your payment details.
    •As soon as your payment has been verified by Shadow Travel and Tours, the status of your payment transaction will change to "Completed / Success" and we will send Electronic Notification to process your order and within 24 hours you will receive your E-ticket/Vouchers.

    •Get BPI Deposit Slip
    •Under Account Name, write down "Shadow Travel and Tours

FAQ

How will I know that I have made a successful cash payment?

You will know that you have made a successful cash payment if the status of your order is “SUCCESS”. 
 
Can I pay on evenings and weekends?
 
Yes, you can still pay on evenings and weekends provided that our bank partner's branch is still open.Please take note that each bank have different cut-off . Your Bank deposits will be validated on the next banking day, Monday-Friday except holidays.
 
 
What if I deleted my email that contains the booking transaction Information?
Contact Shadow Travel and Tours either through email or their telephone number. Explain to them that you have lost your booking transaction Information. Provide them with the following information:
 
•Name
•Package that you ordered
•Bank Name
•Bank Branch
•Amount Deposited
•Date and Time deposited
 
These informations will help Shadow Travel and Tours identify your booking transaction.
 
Do I need a bank account in order to pay?
No, you do not need a bank account to pay  Shadow Travel and Tours who has availed of Bank Deposits. All you have to do is to go to the branch of the bank and pay in cash via over the counter.
 
Do I need to keep the deposits slip after I made a cash payment to one of your bank partners?
Yes, keep the deposits slip for reference and as proof of your payment.
 
Can I pay using cheque?
No, cheque payments are not allowed for Bank Deposits.
 
How long does it take to validate my payment transaction?
Your cash payments will be validated the next banking day, Monday – Friday except for holidays.
 
How long will it take for me to receive my order after paying via Bank Deposits?
Once your payment has been validated, we will send a confirmation of your successful payment. Shadow Travel and Tours will process your order. The delivery of your orders will be delivered within 24 hours or less.
 
Can I make a refund after I have made a cash payment?
No, the policy for every confirmed booking is non refundable and non rebookable.
 
How can I cancel my transaction/order after I have paid via Bank Deposits?
An order that was already paid and confirmed by Shadow Travel and Tours cannot be cancelled.
